Blackfuturism

Blackfuturism: a full color spectrum of blackness

I’m very excited to share that my first ever curated art exhibition entitled “Blackfuturism: a full color spectrum of blackness” will kick off with an Opening Reception on February 2 at Eno Arts Mill and run all month long. It is a group art show exclusively featuring local Black artists.

“This exhibition will honor and showcase the generations of limitless creation, imagination, and artistry that Black artists have, and will always have.” - TJ Mundy, the 2023 BIPOC Artist in Residence, and show’s curator.

The show will run the full month of February at Eno Arts Mill, with an opening reception on February 2 from 6-9pm as a part of First Fridays at the Mill, featuring live DJ @MaxSunLove, as well as a food truck, kids activities, local beer/wine/NA options, and open artist studios. You can also view the show from 12-5pm, Tuesday - Saturdays, all February.
